Evans and Rosedale Project

A project that was initiated 20 years ago is finally taking flight. The city of Fort Worth is moving forward with the Evans And Rosedale economic development project for the Historic Southside. On September 25, 2024 Royal Capital Investment Group was announced as the official developer and they held a meet and greet at the historic Evans Plaza so the community could come and hear from them as well as ask any questions. There was delicious local barbecue and good music as the community mingled. Later, inside of the local Ella Mae Shamblee library Royal Capital intoruduced themselves and held a Q&A. This event was a huge success and very much anticipated. The neighborhood is looking forward to the development of this project and excited for the future of the southside.
